Class Types

  • Expect to move in a continuous flow, focusing on form and mastery of each exercise in this all levels class The sequences are structured to engage the entire body with a focus on improving balance, strength, posture and connection to breath. Instructors provide equipment setup instruction and assistance (where needed) as well as beginner to intermediate modifications allowing each client to customize the work based on their skills and desires.

    Enrollment Notes: Clients with injuries may not be well suited for group classes. Prenatal to 16 weeks (with Dr permission) and Teen friendly.

  • This traditional focused *Intermediate / Advanced* format class is suitable for experienced students and emphasizes more complex movements and nuanced precision. Clients who wish to attend have demonstrated proper mastery of the essential to intermediate level exercises, have a well established practice and understand the principles of Pilates well. A perfect forum for those eager to build on your practice with more challenging progressions, coordination of movements and some fun props.

    Enrollment Notes: Reformer experience required. Not suitable for persons with current injuries, who are pregnant or have back or joint issues.

    Join us for 45 minutes of body sculpting, music driven movement!

    This class combines low-impact isometric movements we know and love from Barre with elements of Mat Pilates for a complete and mindful full body experience. You will tone & sculpt each muscle group - feeling stronger and more defined.

  • If you are looking for a full body strength focused workout in a small group setting- this is the class for you! With music as our back drop we’ll circuit through 3-4 rounds of compound and functional strength sets for a full body workout incorporating mobility and core work.


    Enrollment notes: Please wear clean athletic shoes or grip socks and bring a water bottle. May not be suitable for those with injuries or in their 2nd/3rd trimester of pregnancy.

  2. Change of Plans? Cancel 12 hours in advance with no penalty!

  3. Class full? Join our Waitlist! Must be signed in & have an active credit on account to access.

  4. Waitlist Note: You will be auto-enrolled up to one hour prior to class and be charged a credit if you no show!

  5. Text Alerts: Set your notifications to text alerts (in client profile) for reminders, Waitlist notifications etc.!

  6. Arrival: Please arrive 5 - 7 minutes prior to class. Earlier arrivals may not be accommodated.

  7. Grip Socks Required: We have some available for purchase in studio.
