Physical Safety Precautions
Pre/Postnatal: We proudly serve pre/postnatal clients. If you are pregnant or suspect you are pregnant please let your instructor know prior to class start. 1st Trimester: Prenatal clients may attend group classes through their 1st trimester without studio approval. 2nd & 3rd Trimester: Must request studio approval to attend group classes beyond the 1st trimester; approval may be granted if the client demonstrates a strong understanding of the Pilates principles, has a solid foundation within the Pilates repertoire and understands safe modifications for movement.
Injuries / Limitations: If you have or are recovering from an injury please reach out to us in advance of scheduling a group class so that we may help determine the safest format for you (classes or private training).
Group Class attendance: Our group classes are intended for those physically capable of athletic movement on a machine that does at times challenge balance, coordination and requires strong bodily proprioception (awareness). If you require several modifications or extra support to move safely, or if our instructor team is concerned about your safety in a group class setting we reserve the right to request you book private training sessions.
